What is meditation and its benefits?
Meditation is a technique and a state of being in which you become present, aware, and conscious about Consciousness.
Meditation is relaxing, which is usually the main reason why people meditate. It takes people away momentarily from their stress-filled lives.
Yet meditation can be, and is, so much more. Meditation is a wonderful tool to become self-aware, connected to your inner guidance, and at the same time connected to the whole. Throughout a consistent and committed practice you will come to a deeper understanding, experiencing wholeness and unity.
This state of higher perceptions and abilities, heals and gives answers on how to find your own way and how to be a valuable contribution to the collective.
Now more and more people who believe or have believed more in science than in spirituality are finding their way to meditation.
Science and spiritual traditions point in the same direction: we are all part of the same energy field and we can co-create our own reality and make valuable contributions to the Whole.
